What does "1 credit = 1 link-month" mean?
One credit covers monitoring one link for one month in a Premium Project. For example, monitoring 10 links for 12 months requires 120 credits (10 links × 12 months = 120 credits).
What is a Premium Project?
Premium is enabled per project. When you upgrade a project to premium, it unlocks custom monitoring frequency options, email reports, collaboration/sharing features, folder analytics, custom columns, and advanced filtering. Credits are only consumed for links in premium projects.
What monitoring frequency options are available?
Premium projects can choose from: every 12 hours (twice daily), daily (24 hours), every 48 hours, or every 15 days. Free projects use the default 48-hour monitoring frequency.
Can collaborators delete links I own?
No. Collaborators can add links to shared folders/projects and contribute, but they cannot delete links owned by the project owner. This security rule protects your link data.
What happens if I exceed 1,000 links on the free tier?
If you exceed 1,000 links on the free tier, your account will automatically freeze. When frozen:
- You cannot add new links
- The newest links beyond the 1,000 limit will stop being crawled
- You'll receive an email notification explaining the freeze
To unfreeze your account, you can either delete links to get back under the 1,000 limit, or upgrade to premium which has no link limits. Your account will automatically unfreeze once you're back under the limit.
